Dispute Resolution
Alternative dispute resolution is a mechanism available to all consumers, allowing them to turn to official entities that assist in resolving and/or providing guidance in a dispute, before initiating legal proceedings in the courts.
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may refer the matter to the following consumer alternative dispute resolution entities:
